At the core of the Kentin team are three brothers, Les, Mal and Michael. Each of them offers an abundance of experience and expertise in the field of engineering, driving the company with their shared vision and deep passion for innovation. They are dedicated to taking on any project and overcoming any challenges they may face to ensure that Kentin offers nothing less than high-quality engineering excellence
Les started with Kentin in 2002 and was appointed as General Manager in 2010. Les led Kentin to become a dominant and respected force in the market. Les has extensive engineering industry knowledge and experience and leads the company’s sales, operations and administration teams.

Mal has been an integral part of the success of the company for over 15 years. Mal is a qualified machinist and oversees the company’s complex milling operations, 3D printing and quality management system. Mal’s industry knowledge and management skills are highly regarded.

Michael has a diversified engineering background and has been working within the engineering and fabrication industry for many years. Michael is a qualified electrician by trade and has experience in CNC Lathe programming and welding fabrication.
Michael has built up significant engineering knowledge with in the Marine, High power voltage , Agriculture and Rail industries.
Michael overlooks a team of machinist, fabricators and is responsible for the company’s asset maintenance program, continuous improvement and safety systems and practices.
