In 2017 we were approached to help manufacture a newly designed water tempering valve for Perth Children’s Hospital.
The hospital was already behind on its proposed opening day. It was imperative to get the valves manufactured before the deadline given to us. Therefore, there was simply no time to manufacture expensive tooling and injection moulds. The newly designed valves were completely machined from solid Acetal plastic with the parts made at Kentin Engineering. We worked tediously to manufacture over 10,000 parts on time as the end of the year was approaching fast
